This is second version of Healing CD, based on chakra vibrations. Previous one can be found here - it was based on earth resonances which resulted in disharmonic tones, that were somewhat unpleasant to hear. On this cd such disharmonies were avoided, and some additional methods like binaural beats and chakra based tempos were added.

IMPORTANT! Important part of this CD are binaural beats, which have effect only when heard with headphones. Please note! - this CD is effective only when listened with headphones.

Basically, CD is divided in two healing sessions. Full session is tracks 1 to 9. Each track is 5 minutes, entire session is going for 45 minutes. Quick session is on track 10, going for 20 minutes.

Tones are based on chakra frequencies, each chakra has its own color and vibrating frequency (more information on this can be found on internet). Tones are layed out in rhythmical patterns, which correspond to chakra frequencies. Besides tones, there are also pulsation binaurual waves, every chakra has its own. In full session, each track corresponds to one chakra, starting from bottom one, ending with top one.

Besides included chakra tunings, there is also Earth Tuning, based on earth frequency of 7.83 Hz. Quick session is entirely binauraly based on this pulse.

 Anyway, those who value such kind of healing CDs, will surely find this release valuable. Please note that some basic understanding of chakras and their nature is necessary in order to understand what this cd is about. Nevertheless, positive effect of sound doesn’t depend on understanding of underlying techniques.
